Hockey Canada Operating Fee Refund

SUBJECT: Hockey Canada Operating Fee Refund

 

Member Families:

As per the bulletin from Hockey Calgary –Bulletin_HC_2208_H Can Operating Fee  if you wish to be provided the $3.00/player Hockey Canada refund you must communicate as follows:

• Email the following information to admin@calgaryroyals.ca
  • Put ‘HC Refund’ as the subject line
  • Note the full names of the players you are requesting the refund for
  • Submit prior to March 3rd, 2023

If we do not hear from you by March 3rd, your $3.00/player will be donated to charity.

Once all information is collected, Hockey Calgary will communicate a day & time in mid to late March that you can pick up your refund at the HC office at Max Bell Arena. This is a cash only refund, and Member Associations will not be incurring processing fees to refund this money. If you do not pick up the funds at the appointed date and time your funds will also be donated to charity.
